Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in.Prior to my visit all communication to arrange appointments was with Nomar Sanchez , He immediately met me at the front desk on arrival . He speaks and writes perfect english , this man is an asset to the hospital . (Thank you Nomar)The staff and Dr. Sittipong Suttiudom , Dr. Sirapat Poonvutiku were both very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how they both took their time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital. Everything was explained in detail ,from surgery to’ pricing,there is no hidden fees with this hospital. I went ahead with my surgery after my consultation. I was suffering with very painful Sciatica. My surgery was excellent , a great team of experts in the operating room . They all made me feel very safe and comfortable. Thank you to all the team ( sorry but I don’t know all your names ,you were all excellent and very professional ,I felt very safe . I had a beautiful private room and bathroom spotless clean. smart TV , free Netflix. Free fast WI-FI.After surgery I walked out of the hospital pain free . Yes I walked out as if I never had Endoscopic Spine Surgery. Spine Center, Nakornthon Hospital, Is in Collaboration with “Bumrungrad Health Network” I cant thank all the team enough, see you in 2 week’s for my follow up. Oh there’s also a great morning market across the road from the hospital , try the food it is all fresh and delicious . Thank you Nakornthon . Regards Stephen ( Thailand lover ). Pre-surgery: Very fast response and diagnosis at GI. Great staff, good English, clear explanation. I was happy with the speed of things today. Price was reasonable and matched the quality of the service. UPDATE February 17: I accepted the advice to undergo surgery for gall bladder stones removal given the risks involved if left untreated.The GI and other medical staff were excellent and the treatment and follow up was top class. I was monitored non stop, had help throughout and I take this opportunity to thank all the staff who worked professionally and caringly. Note for fellow expats: I was not covered by insurance so I recommend that you make sure you are covered since its really worth it. This is a good hospital based on direct experience. Thanks to Mr Nomar for his liaison role and attentiveness. Well done for real team work.
